I have my anniversary dinner here every year because the food and staff are always amazing. Nothing else needs to be said.

We frequently dine here and for the first time the fish special was over cooked. We Brough this to the attention of the manager who came over and had our entres replaced with new pieces of perfectly cooked fish. While we waited he offered us a complementary glass of wine. Everything else was prepared and presented as expected. We will go back as well as recommend The Kitchen on Penn.
