The evening delivered on all fronts: excellent food, a welcoming atmosphere, and standout service from our server, Jake. Del Frisco’s remains a go-to for business dinners. The setting strikes just the right tone—refined yet relaxed—perfect for conversation and connection. From the moment we walked in, everything flowed smoothly, thanks to the attentive and polished team. Jake brought genuine energy and hospitality to the table. He was knowledgeable, personable, and made thoughtful menu suggestions tailored to our tastes—including a special featuring Wagyu strip steak, lobster tail, and a refreshing heirloom tomato and watermelon arugula salad that stole the show. My guest enjoyed the bone-in filet with a flawless Pittsburgh char, plus creamed corn and wild mushrooms—timeless favorites, done right. A big thanks as well to the host, who always greets me as though he knows me, and the management team, who consistently stop by to check in and ensure the night is going well. That kind of personal touch really sets Del Frisco’s apart. It’s not a complicated formula—but they get it right every time, and my guests and I truly appreciate it. Of course, we wrapped up with the legendary butter cake and a glass of Balvenie 14 Caribbean Cask—a perfect end to a memorable evening. Del Frisco’s continues to deliver not just great meals, but great experiences. It’s the people who make the difference, and they do it with heart. We’ll definitely be back soon.More infoDel Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
- AAlbertoBaltimore / Maryland •24 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur hostess and servers were awesome. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and friendly. The food was outstanding. The Crispy Calamari was crisp and thin with an orange sauce at the bottom and some delicious creamy sauce on top. There were a few slices of fried and crusted limes, which were delicious. I had the Seafood Tasting, which was cook to perfection and resting on a bed of pea pure and lentils al dente, which was awesome. My wife had the Ricotta Cavatelli, which was very tasty too. We shared the Carrot Cake for dessert, which was like a cake with a thin outside layer of something like a cheese cake and the carrot cake inside with crispy walnuts. The bill was surprisingly reasonable. We will most definitely go back when we return to Pittsburgh.More infoELEVENPrice: Very Expensive• American• Downtown•4.7
- JJohnVIPPittsburgh / Western PA •28 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur dinner snd service were excellent. The only problem is that the city of Pittsburgh made Fifth Ave one way except for a red lane for buses only. This made accessing valet parking more difficult as we were unaware of the change. It is now across the street and only available after 6pm. Not knowing that, we had to circle the block several times until we saw the valet on the opposite side of the intersection with Wood Street. I suggest you have a notice about this on your website so customers are prepared. We were meeting people there or we might have canceled since we had difficulty finding the valet.More infoThe Capital Grille - PittsburghPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Downtown•4.8
