- RRobertWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined todayWonderful Valentine’s Day experience with exceptional food and service. The restaurant is cozy, charming and romantic, but had to ding it one star on ambience because there were too many tables for the space making it a bit cramped. Wine choices were somewhat limited, but sommelier guided us to a fantastic wine. Overall an excellent experience and look forward yo returning!More infoIron GatePrice: Very Expensive• Mediterranean• Dupont Circle•4.7
- JjohnVIPWashington, D.C. Area •60 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is our favorite place in the DMV to get a high quality seafood meal. BY FAR! Offerings are extensive and preparations range from simple classics to highly creative combinations. We love their fried clams, oysters Rockefeller, and clam chowder. Their fish specials are superb. Last night I selected a specific fish from the market for them to prepare. Room in front usually high energy while room in back better for a quiet meal. Why this restaurant is not in Washingtonian Top 100 is bewildering.More infoBlackSaltPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Palisades Northwest•4.8
- BBriant1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThere were so many items to choose from and they were all delicious. My favorite was the Tostada de Queso de Cabra con Miel (goat cheese and honey over bread). The waitress was super nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely be revisiting.More infoBodega Spanish Tapas & LoungePrice: Moderate• Spanish• Georgetown•4.4
- MMikeVIPWashington, D.C. Area •177 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe introduced our friends, who are new to the area, to the best restaurant in Washington, DC. The Valet parking guys greeted us warmly. The hostess stand was friendly and welcoming. Server Wayne did a phenomenal job. He was great with wine selection. Wayne also did a fantastic job in explaining some of the unique items on the menu, and some of the more popular items to our friends. The Calamari was delicious. Our salads were fresh, crisp, and tasty. My bone-in fillet was sensational. My wife and our friends loved their entrees too. The sides were a wonderful compliment to our main courses. We had a great night! We cannot wait to return to The Capital Grille. Our thanks to all who made it a really special evening.More infoThe Capital Grille - Washington DCPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Capitol Hill•4.8
- RReginaVIPWashington, D.C. Area •28 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoOur waiter, Cody, was absolutely wonderful. He was welcoming and responsive to all our requests, offering tastes of different wines, bringing lots of pumpernickel bread ( my favorite ) , answering questions helpfully. He even encouraged us to linger . His cheerful attitude combined with careful attention enabled us to enjoy a magnificent dinner.More infoThe Capital Grille - Chevy ChasePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Chevy Chase•4.8
