Located within an intimate space found in the newly renovated Hilton West Palm Beach, Moody Tongue Sushi presents an exclusive experience highlighting a hyper-seasonal, elevated sushi menu from Executive Sushi Chef Hiromi Iwakiri alongside a curated beer pairing from MICHELIN-starred Moody Tongue Brewery's acclaimed brewmaster Jared Rouben. A curated menu of spirits, wines and cocktails is available as well.During the summer season, the restaurant is featuring (1) a special a la carte sushi menu on Wednesday evenings as well as (2) an 8-course omakase menu ($95 per guest; 5pm only) and 13-course omakase ($145 per guest; all seating times) on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
