To be honest I went to Moo Moo’s a couple of months ago and it would have been 5 stars all round back then. I was so disappointed with the steak this time round. Last time I came the steak was the one of the best I have had. This time round not so good. Disappointed that I talked this place up to my family and I took my daughter here with the family and spent a fortune for steak as it was her birthday and steak is her favourite. My daughter even said it’s better at home, it was chewy and just didn’t taste as nice as it should have. I really wanted her to experience what I experienced with the last visit. For the money you spend it should be the same every time you visit. The staff were amazing and customer service was definitely 5 stars .

Without a doubt this is one of the best restaurants where I have ever eaten and definitely the best restaurant where I have repeatedly eaten on Gold Coast. Authenticity, consistency, uniqueness and passion combined with honest and generous hospitality, admirable knowledge of products and its history, wrapped up into romantic and intimate ambience reminded me those good old days of tasteful and joyful dining.

Bellakai is always an outstanding breakfast feed. Their service is consistent and exceptional. Their food is delicious, and they are incredibly conscious of food allergies. We travel 50 minutes in order to have breakfast here, and its an awesome bonus, it's in our favourite area on the GC.
