My only one issue is that the menu said Jersey Royal potatoes - but that is not what we were served which is very poor. Just say ‘we’ve run out’.

This is a fabulous place! The food is really good. I had I think the best steak onglet ever. The bread is fantastic too. The wine list short but with a nice spread and the service attentive without being fussy. This is a great addition to Mill Lane

From being met at the door till we left the staff were courteous and attentive

Made a reservation. Upon arrival it seemed we were seated in the section with families and sorority girls from the US. Observations led us to believe it is truly a neighborhood place. The food was incredible and we didn’t care where we were seated. Scotch egg and grilled cabbage, delicate and flavorful fish and crispy chips for the fish and chips. The sticky toffee pudding was worth every calorie. Service was shared among several staff, and efficient.

Excellent food and great value for money. I would say it is one of the cheaper options for a Sunday roast in the area but this didn’t reflect in the quality of food. Everything was very tasty and I will definitely be visiting again.
