- AAngieWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined on May 11, 2025Mother's Day Brunch at the Westin/Small Batch Kitchen was wonderful. The Small Batch restaurant is just off the lobby of the Westin, but when checking in for our reservation we found out they had set up the Mother's Day Brunch Buffet in one of their ballrooms. There was a second podium near the ballroom and they had roses for all the ladies. The room was well set and decorated, with pink napkins and a name card at each table for our reservation. This was a full buffet and well worth the $$ for the occasion. A full breakfast buffet, along with pastries and an omelet station. Then a carving station with Smithfield ham and roast turkey. An additional buffet was set up with hot main course items like vegetables, chicken, salmon, rice, and more. One final station had several really nice dessert items as well. We appreciated the set up of all the buffet areas as they were in different areas of the room allowing for all parties to access what they wanted. There was no crowding or lines for the buffet. Overall, a wonderful atmosphere for the occasion!More infoSmall Batch Local KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Richmond•4
