A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very pleasant and relaxing. The service was excellent, and the staff were polite and professional. The food was absolutely delicious and of high quality. Even my daughter, who is usually a picky eater, enjoyed everything! We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back again.

Wonderful service, attentive & polite. Couldn't recommend highly enough for a lovely casual meal. They have a nice outdoor eating area also.

I had two issues with The Hills. It offers just one non alcoholic beer. There should be more choice in 2025. The other issue is something beyond the control of The Hills: a quite loud diner sitting nearby who disturbed the ambience to some extent. Of course, that's a random event. Other than that, it was fine.
