Best Organic Food Restaurants in Castle Pines

I have been going to Urban Farmer for brunch on Sundays for a while now and they are absolutely superb with their brunch alone, but I just tried their dinner service for the first time and I love it. Definitely one of the better restaurants I’ve been to in Denver! Dustin and his team are amazing, including Sasha who was our absolutely amazing server!

We had a great lunch experience yesterday. Starting with the warm welcome from the hostess, Sadie, to the attentive service from our waiter, it was a top notch experience. I look forward to doing it again soon.

Amazing food experience. We did the chefs experience with drink pairings. The 11 courses were full of flavor and texture and beyond filling. The chefs would describe each course and if sustainability is important to you this is a meal you should not miss.

After years of seeing uneven reviews about this restaurant, we made a last minute decision to dine here after learning that the restaurant had been reopened with a new menu/focus. The dining room was beautiful, clean and quiet (only a few other tables were occupied) but the space isn't large to begin with. The staff were welcoming and polite, and the prix fixe menu was simple and well-thought out. The house salad was excellent, and so was the flatiron steak. The attentiveness of the staff dropped off precipitously near the end of the meal, but it did appear that there were only three waitstaff and two tables did order the bananas foster which necessitates the table side show, so that probably took up a lot of time and effort. Still, they had been quick to clean the table and then suddenly there was a long wait for dessert and then again to pay after the check was dropped off. Hoping that as their open days expand and the word gets out that the menu has been refocused that they will get better paced. I will certainly give them another opportunity.
