NAT, our executive chef who has a passion for cooking with his Le Cordon Bleu studied from patisserie to cuisine and many years of experience in the Australian fine-dining restaurant such as Sailor Thai. More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself. He is the very talented self-learner as he had learnt about cuisine and accepted from people who had tried his delightful dishes.

Next Door is the sister restaurant of Margaret, which, quite literally, sits next door to it at the corner of Bay St and Guilfoyle Avenue.     It’s our first time to try the mud crab in Song Bird and OMG the crab fat is so rich in flavour and the mouthful of crabmeat is so delicious. This is definitely the best mud crab we’ve tried for a long time. The other dishes like the Peking duck and banana pudding are good as usual. Very attentive and approachable service. Song Bird is now my partner’s most favorite Chinese restaurant in Sydney. And for sure we will return.

    Cheekys was a great place to eat. We had a large family gathering for a birthday and the owner of the bar was awesome- so helpful and accommodating. The pizzas were fantastic, some of the best we've ever had! The limited edition hot cross bun espresso Martini was a belter too!
