Best Lunch Restaurants in Mountain View

We ate inside this time because an elderly relative was in attendance, but I prefer sitting outside. It’s not as noisy nor dark outside (and barriers and heaters keep it pleasant most nights). At least they sat is on the back which is less noisy and has more natural light. And it’s always wonderful receiving a free, tasty dessert since we were celebrating a birthday. Service is always top notch.

Atmosphere was absolutely wonderful - shared an expansive private booth. Customer service was amazing - attentive, informative and yet not disruptive. We had the halibut and it was flavorful, flaky and divine! Would definitely recommend...

It’s my Go To place for great food, beautiful setting, and friendly service. Big group or table for 2, it’s consistently a perfect experience every time.

We had a wonderful meal and the service was great. Thank you Norma for seating us at the nice table and keeping our glasses filled. Table bread was lightly toasted with a side of olive oil and herbs. The decor was really nice, cozy and warm. We had calamari, seafood pappardelle, meatballs burgundy, braised short ribs, cream of broccoli soup, beet salad, tiramisu and cappuccinos. All were really tasty and the portions were just right. This was our first time at La Fontaine and we plan to return. Highly recommend La Fontaine for good food, professional service and warm ambiance.
