Another incredible dinner at Fabian's! The friendly greeting and seating by Skye, the wonderful ambiance of the patio, attentive service by Sandy, as well as bussers and the expo. Cocktails and the wine list were outstanding. Standout appetizer was the cheeseboard with perfect peaches, honey, and nuts. The baked ziti and the braised short ribs were both delicious, and the Orange Crème Brûlée was amazing. Really well done from start to finish

We made last minute reservations at 1 pm on Father's Day. What really impressed us was how well-run everything was on a popular day. The servers were working very hard and very efficiently. We received our food promptly, and it was warm. Our server was friendly despite being so busy. I think I saw the manager helping out at the tables, which is always nice to see. When a restaurant does a good job on a popular holiday, that really says something to me.

Always outstanding service by waiter Stephen! He is very polite and accommodating. He serves every course efficiently. The shrimp entrees and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always tasty.

Tasty food and good service for the breakfast. Will be back!
