Established in 1983, Chamard Vineyards, is one of the Connecticut Wine Trails founding fathers.     Our party had a wonderful time at Dattilo Fine Italian at Water's Edge. We went to the restaurant on a Sunday for brunch. The restaurant is beautiful overlooking the water. The staff/servers were very nice an accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing and the variety was incredible. They offered so much breakfast and dinner items as well as desserts, The price for the brunch price was $49.00 and it is definitely the best price around. I highly recommend this restaurant definitely a 10 out of 10.

    Sunday brunch was amazing! So many choices: beef, ham, bacon, sausage, shrimp, cod, salmon. Tables full of baked goods, salads, sides, an omelet station, loaded dessert table…just more than I can name. Lovely setting, beautiful views. Clean, quiet, well decorated. Would highly recommend for a special birthday or anniversary.

    Shrimp cocktail, oysters, mussels and tuna tartare appetizers were delicious. The Duck and pan-seared Scallops entrees were excellent. Wait staff were super nice, attentive and made the evening that much more enjoyable.
