Cheltenham races are 34 miles from the Cat.Apart from these attractions, we are in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) with many wonderful walks direct from our front door. Lovely village pub with good decor and a pretty garden. We sat outside on an perfect summer evening. Only had tine for a quick meal, but the service was excellent and the food well cooked, well presented and at a reasonable price. Can definitely recommend.

This was our 2nd visit and once again the quality of food and service were excellent. Not ideal to have to go outside to a separate toilet block in wet weather, though the facilities were good. This visit was for lunch and whilst what we chose was excellent, a broader choice would have been appreciated.
