- GGailVIPNew York City •89 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 14, 2025This restaurant was in a building next to our hotel in Arlington, so easy to walk to. The ratings on Open Table were better than on Yelp and I think this is because Open Table is more of the dinner crowd vs lunch or breakfast. I am responding for dinner - delicious. Good pasta, pizza (aka flatbread on this menu) and wine. Fun lighting throughout the restaurant, great bar.More infoSocci at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View HotelPrice: Expensive• Italian• Arlington•4.3
- MmarkWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on Apr 5, 2025We wanted pizza and there aren't any good pizza places near where we live so we found Stellina and this was the closest one to us. The Cuppo Misto was fresh and had an excellent light but crispy batter. It is served on a bed of fresh chips which were good too. Fair warning, the shrimp are fried head on which was a treat for my wife but might not be for everyone. We shared the Rucola&Finocchio which is arugula, shaved fennel and red onion salad with a awesome light dressing. One of the best salads we have had in a long time. That is worth the trip along. The pizza was served smoking hot and has a nice chew to it. A very good brick oven pizza. And we finished with the Italian cheese cake which is lighter than New York style cheese cake and it was very good. Looking forward to our next visit to get that salad again, to try a pasta and another desert. Fast, close by and very tasty. Not a place for a candlelight dinner but a perfect place when you are craving any of the things I mention above and don't want to dress up. Casual and delicious.More infoStellina Pizzeria - ShirlingtonPrice: Moderate• Italian• Alexandria•4.5
