Had an amazing impromptu date night last night... I just didn't want to cook...and wanted good food...wound up getting GREAT FOOD... our server ( who is also an elementary school teacher... her name escapes me) was amazing too! And lastly... I love love love how easy making swaps to items for dietary needs! Candied bacon is not something I can eat... so swapping it on my deviled egg with plain bacon 🥓 while simple... is huge! Many places will not make simple changes! I love that firebirds is always willing to hook me up...and with a smile ❤️

We have been to Charbroil before and had better experiences with our previous visits. I'm not saying that the food or service was bad. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been. Might have to give it a bit more time before our next visit.
