El restaurante Columbia ha pertenecido y ha sido operado por la misma familia durante más de 110 años, y ha adquirido fama por su encanto estilo Viejo Mundo y su galardonada cocina española/cubana. El restaurante acepta vestimenta informal, pero no se permite que los hombres ingresen con camisetas sin mangas. El restaurante propone recetas de familia centenarias tales como la paella "a la Valenciana", el Filet Mignon "Columbia", y especialidades de mariscos frescos. La ensalada "1905" Salad® del Columbia es imperdible, y se prepara en la mesa con su delicioso aderezo recién hecho a partir de una receta centenaria elaborada con ajo fresco, orégano, vinagre de vino y aceite de oliva español extra virgen.
