A TEAM OF RESTAURANT PASSIONATES. A true institution of Ile-Saint-Louis, Les Fous experienced a second youth in 2008 under the leadership of Becs Parisiens, who knew how to infuse their sense of cool and relaxed hospitality into this century-old address which has more than a trick up his sleeve to seduce you.
