We are a family ran independent Italian restaurant specialising in rustic traditional Italian home-cooking.Owned and managed by Ferdinando Mercogliano and family, we have been at the heart of the Romiley community for over 38 years. Customer favourites include our fresh pasta and proper Neapolitan pizza, but you will also find a whole range of items on our menu including traditional Italian antipasti, grilled meats, seafood, risottos and more. Everyone is welcome here! Our noisy and lively atmosphere is reminiscent of old school trattorias in the backstreets of southern Italy and we pride ourselves on our friendly fast paced service. We have also recently opened a ground floor section with more of a laid back bistro vibe compared to the bustling chaos of upstairs. ...and of course, how could we not mention our popular Earlybird Offer?! Welcome to Khandoker - Didsbury.Contemporary and Authentic Indian Cuisine. We are a family run restaurant which was first established in 1983. Over the generations we have personally perfected our traditional recipes to bring you delicious mouthwatering Indian/Bangladeshi cuisine. A must try is our Murgi Nomuna one created by our founder Mr Khandoker whose family origin started back in 1930’s with the first Indian fine dining restaurant called The Manzil. This establishment was frequented by stars such as Rod Stewart. We have served generations of families and friends in our restaurant in Didsbury and Bramhall. We look forward to welcoming you too!
