A real neighbourhood gem with exceptional service We had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch at Bistro Union. The food was excellent—thoughtfully prepared, seasonal, and full of flavour. But what really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the front-of-house team. Liena, in particular, was outstanding - welcoming, conversational, and genuinely engaged throughout. She struck that rare balance of being present without hovering, and her knowledge of the menu added to the overall experience. It’s always a pleasure to find a place where the service feels as carefully considered as the food. Highly recommended.

Fabulous set lunch menu - delicious food and very reasonably priced.

We went ro shrimp shack for a birthday treat lunch, just the two of us. My partner had the sirloin steak, he said that was the best steak he'd ever had, cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth ,he is very well travelled as an ex navy commando so you can imagine he's tasted a few steaks! I had the seafood boil shrimp shack style and it was absolutely perfect . The only downfall was that they didn't sell any alcohol but that didn't shade the overall dinner . Definitely a 5 star meal
