Couldn't fault them at Hard Rock - service was impeccable, food was delicious, didn't have to wait ages, great atmosphere - busy but still efficient service. They made us feel so welcome, offered to come and take a photo of me and my son - a totally enjoyable experience from start to finish. Also really good value for money which isn't easy in London!

A real neighbourhood gem with exceptional service We had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch at Bistro Union. The food was excellent—thoughtfully prepared, seasonal, and full of flavour. But what really stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the front-of-house team. Liena, in particular, was outstanding - welcoming, conversational, and genuinely engaged throughout. She struck that rare balance of being present without hovering, and her knowledge of the menu added to the overall experience. It’s always a pleasure to find a place where the service feels as carefully considered as the food. Highly recommended.
