A restaurant, wine bar and fermenting kitchen - we're open for lunch Wednesdays to Sundays and dinner all week. Our menu changes monthly and our cooking is simple and seasonal. Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. This ancient listed building pre-dates the Great Fire of 1666 and is the oldest wine house in the City. Its origins were as a Merchants house and it is believed that smugglers used the old tunnel to the river from the cellars.     This was the first time any of us had been to a Korean BBQ, and it was honestly such a great experience from start to finish. The whole group absolutely loved it! The interactive element of cooking your own food at the table made the evening feel really fun and relaxed, it gave us all something to do and chat about while waiting, and added a unique twist we hadn’t experienced before. One of the standout features for us was the use of tablets at each table. Being able to order more food and drinks at any point without waiting to catch the server was brilliant. It kept things moving at our own pace and meant we could just enjoy ourselves without interruption. We’ll definitely do it again and would recommend to anyone wanting to try something a bit different.
