We believe food should be prepared with nothing less than the best. That's why our salsas and dishes are all made from scratch. Made with only seasonal, local and preferably organic ingredients, even our corn tortillas are homemade! We have tried and tested every dish, every sauce and every ingredient over and over until it's perfect, to make your experience one above the rest. And we always keep one thing in mind.Real tacos are not fast food. Real tacos are meant to be full of the tender, juicy, rich flavor of a steak, cooked to your preference; with at least as much care and dedication as a chef would put into a steak.

Noe has become our go-to pre-theater restaurant. The food is excellent and consistent. The chicken selection on the 3 course pre- theater menu was exceptional, but the steak and salmon mains were also excellent. We like to sit in the bar area because at least on Saturdays their piano player Ricky is perfect. Last night was a Billy Joel tribute. The only thing we can’t understand is why this place seems to be undiscovered. Maybe people are concerned because it’s in the Omni Hotel. Try it out!

I made reservations for an early Mother’s Day celebration on a Friday night. It turned out to be a really nice meal and event. Service was excellent throughout the evening with the staff being friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was also excellent and easily met or exceeded expectations. The ambiance was perfect for the occasion as the restaurant has a really nice decor, perfect for a quiet or romantic occasion. Looking forward to our next experience at this restaurant.
