    Food was very good but overpriced in comparison to other nice pubs £30 for a 6oz steak is more than I would like to pay. However it was cooked well and was very tasty. The service is a little slow and it can be hard to get the waiting staff's attention. It was quiet when we were in.

    We are really pleased that the Barbridge is open again as it is our local and we can walk to it. The atmosphere was great, staff friendly and attentive. Our party of four enjoyed their meals with one slight blip, the chicken skewer starter was very dry and tasteless. Home cooked fries/chips would also improve the dining experience.

    Had a lovely lunch for four people. All chose different options and all was perfectly cooked, hot and tasty. Staff were attentive but never overly so. Even managed to find room for desserts - again generous helpings and all delicious. Thanks
