Good food. Waitress was super kind but just busy when we first sat down

Their breakfasts are delicious everything so fresh but no matter what we always get a muffin to share. We don’t even ask what kind it is. The muffins are phenomenal. You order your muffin right when you sit down and split it and then order your breakfast and it’s perfect.

We were 30 minutes late because of traffic. Our table was waiting for us and we enjoyed a great meal.

We come to Home often and always have a delicious meal! We love how accommodating they are for our son's allergies as well. The staff and service are wonderful!

First time at the Lobster Shack in East Haven. Went with the family for my parents' birthdays. Mom and Dad were happy and they enjoyed the food. Food: The meals included Penne Alla Vodka with Chicken, Crab Cakes, Hot Lobster Roll, Calamari, Fish & Chips, Garlic Bread, Cod Tacos, Cheese Pizza (kids), and Fried Clam Strips. Most dishes were a good portion and delicious. The crab cakes were perfect without too much breading. However, the fried clams had too many fries and not enough clams (compared to other seafood places around). Service: The host was great, respectful, and very understanding about our 5 minute delay for the rest of the group. The waitress was a bit of "one item at a time" but it still didn't take away from good service and us enjoying our meal. I definitely recommend this place. Already planning to return.
