I booked Sunday roast for our wedding anniversary , I had heard that the roast dinner was good so I thought we could try it, I booked on line and it asked if it was for a special occasion, so I said wedding anniversary, Well I wasn't disappointed, the roast beef was fabulous, with lots of trimmings, massive Yorkshire pudding and gooey cauliflower cheese 😋 big portion and super tasty. We ordered pudding as well ,and when the bol arrived I was told that for my anniversary I wasn't going to be charged for my pudding, how nice was that. Great service from Danielle, cheerful and helpful. Great value for money and great ,tasty well potioned dinner , ps the Eton mess pana cota was delicious 😋 Definitely will return again , to try different things on the menu bit if your in the mood for a roast dinner l Definitely recommend it. Xx

Large table for party of seven. Well spaced in restaurant. Service was a bit slow for drinks, but overall good. Food was lovely, good ingredients, well cooked and hot.

We went on a Saturday night and the pub side was very busy, but food excellent, service very good and we would definitely go again.

It was quiet in there. The guy who served us was very pleasant and helpful. Our food came quickly and was fine. We only ordered a small meal.
