First visit to the Lamb. Party of 6. The food was very good as was the service. We were looked after very well.

We have been here many times. Food is very good. Unfortunately this time didn't go so well. We were a table of 7 . Unfortunately when the food was brought out we all sat there & waited & waited as 1 meal hadn't come . We asked more than once then we were told sorry it's on it's way as we were waiting & waiting every one started then on asking they admitted one had been totally forgotten. My husband was offered a drink to say sorry but no so she said he would have a free pudding but when the bill was paid we had been charged for all puddings & i had to be very firm to be reimbursed. So what should of been a lovely family lunch was not. Im sorry they said that the meal was forgotten due to being very busy. Sorry not true. Also when meals go out they are normally checked & if we hadn't kept asking it would of never come. Shame as food was lovely as always

I had lunch here with a friend and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, with staff going out of their way to make us feel welcome. The crab was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. And the raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake? Absolutely divine. Every bite was a delight. A truly memorable experience—highly recommended.
