Best Restaurants with a Happy Hour in Shawnee

Alex was our server and he was excellent! It was a great way to spend my husband’s birthday!

We visited Hereford House on a Monday night and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The restaurant was nearly empty, which we expected on a Monday—but the vibe felt more closed-up than relaxed. The steak I ordered came out overcooked, which was disappointing, especially for a steakhouse. Toward the end of our meal, the staff turned off the music, which made it feel like they were trying to usher us out. Service was polite, but overall, the food and atmosphere didn’t live up to expectations.

The service is attentive and quick. The pastrami sandwich was not very big and somewhat disappointing.

it was very tasty. All the sushi was delicious. The shrimp lo mein was just OK. It wasn’t cooked enough.
