Best Gluten Free Restaurants in The Castro

Sophisticated and unique: Inside dining room is sophisticated, fabulous flower arrangements, good food and leisurely pace. Outside dining is noisier, younger, dogs welcome with art films shown on a wall----very fun!

Lovely residential restaurant gem! Food had amazing flavors (brussel sprout salad did not disappoint as many diners rave about it), recommended wines paired well, service was attentive. I had the cod in a lobster bisque sauce and my husband had the ribeye with a red wine butter - impeccable. It was my 50th birthday, perfect low key date night to celebrate!

Our favorite neighbor gem. Perfect portions and everything was fresh and seasonal. A must try!

We eat a lot of Indian food at home in Los Angeles and whenever we travel to the UK and we loved this place. We had a long weekend in San Francisco and liked this restaurant so much we went back for a second time. There are some unique dishes on the menu which we were excited to try (the "65", the Momos and the Street Curries). One of us is gluten-free and the GF garlic naan was fantastic - soft and fluffy! A great cocktail list, and they brew their own house beer right there in the middle of the restaurant. The place was busy both nights but we never felt rushed. We wish this restaurant was on our doorstep!

Having to order food & beverage via a QR code and then being expected to tip on service for basically food runners seemed a bit unfair. The beers were excellent. The currywurst needed MUCH more curry.
