This was my first time at the Madeline Bar and I went for an afternoon tea at the Madeleine Bar to celebrate a special birthday with my friend. The service was impeccable and the food was all so amazing. They really accommodated our dietary needs (vegetarian, nut free and alcohol free) which was really nice. The teas and coffees were unlimited which was a nice touch. I had an amazing afternoon, and the price was also very reasonable for such a nice afternoon tea. Would absolutely recommend this place and would certainly coming again.

Dined here prior to a theatre show. Food was delicious and service quick. Lovely waiting staff and very polite. Will definitely be back soon

Food was decent. On entry we had to wait as only 1 floor staff was on. Cocktail was 2-4-1 on selected drinks. The draught was not working. So resulting in having bottle beer costly. Was our anniversary which was stated on boking but nothing special offered. My opinion for here perfect for buisness meetings in the day can't comment on the night time ambiance. Very pricey

Very attentive staff that made us feel welcome. The food was lovely, and a nice touch bring out a little something for my wife's birthday. The restaurant itself was fairly quiet which slightly detracted from the ambiance but didn't effect our njoyment of the evening and experience at all.

The service was very good coupled with the best seats in the winterised garden setting.
