This was my first time at the Madeline Bar and I went for an afternoon tea at the Madeleine Bar to celebrate a special birthday with my friend. The service was impeccable and the food was all so amazing. They really accommodated our dietary needs (vegetarian, nut free and alcohol free) which was really nice. The teas and coffees were unlimited which was a nice touch. I had an amazing afternoon, and the price was also very reasonable for such a nice afternoon tea. Would absolutely recommend this place and would certainly coming again.

Not as busy a sunday service as usual, but nevertheless family time with littlies. Never mind, FOOD & SERVICE AS GOOD AS ALWAYS . WE WILL RETURN!

Westmead Hotel is our perfect choice for both staying at and meals. The staff are always cheerful friendly and helpful. The rooms are incredibly comfortable. this was our 2nd stay and we will always use Westmead when visiting Birmingham.
