Tuna tartare and octopus pairing set the stage for the evening. These appetisers set high expectations for what’s to come, especially the tartare, OMG. Then came the entrees of pork chops, Long Island duck and lamb shank. The meats were very well prepared, juicy and tender as it should be, lamb falling off the bone effortlessly .. irresistible! Topped off the meal with the peach cobbler - infused basil cream was rich and fragrant, and the butter biscuit, don’t take my word how good it is…
