Best Gluten Free Restaurants in Evanston

Our group of seven had been looking forward to eating at Olive for a long time and our visit last night was fabulous. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The food was fresh, hot and flavorsome. Great serving sizes. We loved the different food combinations that were all delicious. Make sure you try everything.

The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was sophisticated yet accessible through layers of warmth and generosity. We were seen to by 5 people across our dinner, each person was warm, knowledgeable and it never felt intrusive, we were genuinely being cared for, we were recommended a perfect wine. The lamb skewers, fried olives, ragu and beef cannoli were really delicious and the generous bowl of salt and vinegar fries are a must order for that added family feel. We’ll be returning to try more dishes and feel right at home in Roma.

Friendly attentive service on a relatively quiet Tuesday night. Every thing we ordered was tasty. Wasn’t cheap but not crazy expensive either, good quality food at a price to match. Portions of mains were good sizes and value for money. Would go back.

Unsure if it was intended to be table service but no one really checked on the table unless they had just dropped off food. Aside from that really yummy and great drinks selection, staff were lovely and the dj brought a nice vibe to the area!!! I’m personally not fussed about going to bar to order it just seemed like that was not the intended function of the venue! Really enjoyed - Thankyou!
