Best Fine Dining Restaurants in Yountville

Amazing! It’s my second time visiting this restaurant and it was as amazing as the first time, I got Mr. Alfredo as server and he’s just the best! My experience was grateful, we were celebrating my birthday and was just as expected!!

Terrific dining experience and sommelier outstanding

Had a birthday dinner there last week and the staff couldn’t have been lovelier. I ordered dessert and they also gave me a delicious chocolate mousse cake on the house. Everything was delicious and mostly grown onsite. Had a cauliflower steak, and squash tartlet, vegetable tempura with a scrumptious dipping sauce and halibut. The chef even came out to say hello and ask how we enjoyed dinner as they had just debuted the summer menu recently. Highly recommend.

Everything was outstanding. The service ,the food, and the beautiful decor This is our second time there and we can’t say enough. Thank you for an amazing dinner and thanks to Ted and the amazing staff for keeping it fun and light. Lots of laughter for sure.  We will definitely be regulars. 

An unforgettable dining experience. I had the summer kaiseki menu, and every course showcased extraordinary precision, creativity, and respect for seasonal ingredients. The eggplant was simply incredible, the steaks were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the dashi broth was one of the most memorable I’ve ever tasted—delicate, deeply umami, and incredibly comforting. What truly stood out was the thoughtful interplay of textures and flavors in every dish, with each course building beautifully on the last. The service was impeccable: warm, attentive, and perfectly paced without ever feeling intrusive. One dish was so exceptional that I was fortunate enough to receive a second serving—a gesture that made an already extraordinary meal even more memorable. This was kaiseki at its finest and a dining experience I’ll be thinking about for a long time. Highly recommended.
