Para entrar al salón hay que subir un angosto tramo de escaleras desde la calle de ladrillos rojos. La sala es amplia y abierta y a la vez está llena de recovecos. A un lado está revestida por una pared de ventanas, y al otro tiene una magnífica barra de zinc acanalado. Esto hace de contrapunto a la belleza íntima de proporciones perfectas de su pequeño establecimiento asociado de la planta baja. El French Saloon se inspira en la decadencia y la familiaridad de los bares y bistros de París, abarcando de finales del siglo XIX a principios del siglo XX, y encuentra afinidad en el disfrute de una compañía estridente y una sensación de travesura. Comience con champaña y caviar en la barra, y siga con tártara de res y botellas de borgoña. Un salón comedor para algunos, un bar de buenos cocteles y aperitivos para otros, pero sobre todo se trata de un espacio para la buena diversión y la fiesta.
