A really special restaurant in our neighbourhood that we cherish. Excellent food and service. Our waitress yesterday evening, Ana, went the extra mile to make it a memorable evening.

A Truly Memorable Experience Dining at Gaia was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Our waitstaff were exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. The attention to detail was remarkable, with thoughtful touches like a handbag stool that elevated the overall experience. The food was nothing short of exquisite. Each dish showcased the ingredients with care and sophistication, allowing their natural flavors to shine. Everything was beautifully presented and flawlessly executed. Gaia exceeded all expectations, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing! Really excellent service, our server was knowledgeable about the wines and cheeses and helped recommend a beautiful selection of wines to go with our cheeses. Very attentive also, refilling our waters without us even asking. Beautiful location on the street on Camden passage too and some of the best cheeses i’ve ever tasted
