Great ambience with amazing food. Service was excellent.

I did not expect a gorgeous dinner served with extravagant decorations, sauces and culinary expertise but that’s what we got! I thought I was in heaven for a couple hours at this restaurant. What a great place. Thank you for the wonderfully prepared dinner. WOW! Five stars and above!

Outstanding service and food. Our waiter accommodated all our requests. Superb and unique cocktails. Try the rum twist on the classic Negroni. Red Velvet? Our seafood dishes, blackened red fish with fried okra and cheese grits and grouper over rigatoni pasta in a butter herb sauce were stellar-especially the grouper. Didn’t think we could manage dessert, but the ricotta cheesecake changed our mind. A classic.

We had a 1:00 pm seating, but we were not seated until 1:20 (which is fine because we took advantage to visit and take some photos). Once we were seated, and served ourselves, there were a few items that were out /gone and were not replenished during the two hours we were there.

The servers and waitstaff were amazing. Loved the smoking old fashion. The ambiance was relaxing and we never felt rushed. Food was ok. The lobster bisque was phenomenal. The main course.. ok. Turkey was sliced too thick and had globby gravy. Brussels sprouts were shredded. Really??? Great flavor but no texture. Mashed potatoes were cold and hard. Dressing had good flavor just too much bread and nit enough sausage. Dessert...you need a pumpkin pie or pecan pie on Thanksgiving. We had a lovely time just wish for the price we had good food. Update - Someone named Ed from Sullivan's called and talked to me about the experience we had. He was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He also was very grateful that we told him about our experience so he could have it corrected for future patrons. After talking with him we will definitely be back again.
