John, our server, and Kareem, his back up were both friendly, attentive, and knew menu very well. I got the Halibut special, I asked to just have it blackened and served with asparagus and roast potato; they did exactly as I asked. It was one o the best pieces of halibut I have ever had. My sister got the Waygu filet, and she just loved it. we split a sushi roll that was fresh and delicious. I have eaten at this store dozens of times and they are very consistent.

The drinks, calamari, steaks and Parmesan truffle fries were fantastic. Our server was Forrest and we have had him before and he has done an excellent job every time. We also have sat at the bar a couple times and the bartenders are very attentive and they make great drinks as well. We were celebrating a night out and they gave us a complementary dessert. They are always a very thoughtful restaurant and we always have an excellent meal!

Another perfect date night with the wife thanks to the team at Eddie V’s. The girls at the front door were so nice and welcoming, the food was unbelievably delightful and flawlessly prepared, and Andrew and his team made us feel like we were the only people in the restaurant. A HUGE thanks to Andrew and his team once again!
