Featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s signature new-style Japanese cuisine, Matsuhisa Aspen is located within a historic Victorian house in downtown Aspen, CO. Indoor dining in Aspen will be temporarily closed per Pitkin County Board of Health starting on 1/17. Takeout is available nightly from 5:30 pm-9pm.     ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Outstanding Experience at Kenichi Aspen From the moment we walked into Kenichi, we knew we were in for something special. Everything was absolutely top-notch — the food, the service, the vibe… a real hidden gem in Aspen! Every dish we tried was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and elegant — perfect for a date night or a chill evening with great company. And to top it all off, we enjoyed a delicious and amazing bottle of Cabernet red wine that paired perfectly with our meal. Honestly, the quality for the price was spot on. Kenichi has definitely earned a spot on our list of favorites in Aspen. If you’re a fan of top-tier Japanese cuisine and a relaxed, upscale setting, this place is a must-try!
