Eden’s ever-evolving brunch, lunch, dinner and beverage menus focus on the use of high-quality and seasonal ingredients, with an approach based on simplifying the process that goes into crafting each dish. This focus produces robust, clean flavors to compliment the flowers and herbs from our on-site greenhouse that also add beauty to each dish. Our 20’ x 28’ greenhouse allows us to grow all year, reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing on-site, and it helps the local ecosystem by attracting pollinators. The Restaurant at BIÂN is a private establishment.BIÂN co-founder and acclaimed restaurateur Kevin Boehm, leads the F&B program at the restaurant at BIÂN. It was designed with intention, is ambitious in its sourcing, and contains broad offerings. On-site Chef Ryan Maher, has curated a menu based on healthy food that is still craveable. The menu’s mission statement: “Creating the best tasting food, that still aligns with member’s health initiatives.”- Maher began baking with his Mother at 5 years old. That early passion for cooking led him to Culinary School at Kendall College and a job at the Peninsula Hotel. In 2014 he met his mentor Chef Lee Wolen of James Beard Award Winning Boka Restaurant Group which began a journey with him at the Michelin starred Lobby at the Peninsula, Michelin starred Boka, and Somerset. Ryan’s special skill sets are highlighted in his role with BIÂN: flexibility of cuisine, managing a team, and curating a menu that is symmetrical to the restaurant’s ethos.

    The place to be ! Décoration très soignée, pas de chichi tout est parfait tel que c’est, accueil, service, mets, ambiance 👍 établissement fréquenté majoritairement par des locaux 🙏. Localisé dans une rue de magasins de luxes, l’accès se fait par un ascenseur, une petit hall avec un merveilleux bouquet de fleurs fraîches (tout comme sur les table décoré de véritables orchidées). Le plat aux curry vert et au lait de 🥥 est tout aussi bon si ce n’est pas plus que celui du Crying Tiger à Paris rue du cherche midi 75006 mais un peu plus spicy 🌶️ très bon rapport qualité prix, tout à fait justifié par des assiettes généreuses. Nous y sommes allés en famille 2 soirs d’affilés tellement que nous avons apprécié cet établissement. Ne surtout pas hésiter de vous lister sur l’application si aucune dispo car nous avons pu bénéficier d’une annulation de dernière minute pour y retourner une seconde fois 👌 A recommandé ✨si vous êtes de passage de Chicago.
