We promptly left, went on OpenTable and within 10 minutes booked a reservation and power walked to LAVO. Absolutely the better outcome! Cool ambience, no judgement, a DJ, great staff from the host, to waitress, to cocktail and dessert runners. Highly recommend! We loved every second. Pricing was fair for Vegas and the food portions were great. Food tasted excellent too! I'm so happy we ended up here. If I remembered names I would thank all of you for the experience! If you've ever worked in the hospitality industry, this restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. I thoroughly enjoyed watching everyone thrive and promptly get everything ready for the next guest. It was so impressive! For 2 people it was $166, we had 2 entrees, an appetizer, 1 cocktail, 2 desserts, and a shot of espresso. Also came with complimentary focaccia and veggies. Will definitely go again!More infoLAVO Italian Restaurant - Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Italian• The Venetian and Palazzo•4.4

I loved the ambience of the place and they even had a photobooth in the entrance. The service was excellent as well; all of the servers were attentive to our needs, refilled our glasses of water consistently, and various other staff members checked in to make sure everything was going well. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly go back to try out other dishes on their menu.More infoKassi Beach House at the Virgin Hotels Las VegasPrice: Expensive• Italian• Virgin Hotels Las Vegas•4.7

The lions mane turkey was a bit disappointing, as were the biscuits which were dry & hard. The sides were all delicious, especially great job on the gravy and the stuffing. The Mac & cheese, worthy of seconds. Pumpkin pie was very tasty. Their house-made Baileys, was not great, that recipe needs some work. All in All an excellent Vegan restaurant.More infoCrossroads Kitchen Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Vegan• The Strip•4.7
- SSarahLas Vegas •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe had a fantastic non-traditional Thanksgiving meal at Carmine’s, and we loved it! From the food, to the service, to the extra attention we received from Jessica, our server, the runners, and the manager, “T”, we absolutely loved it. We had the mixed salad (enough for 8, seriously), Eggplant Parmesan (our favorite thing!), a side of meatballs, and rotini with Giardiniera sauce. For dessert, we shared the Chocolate Bread Pudding with a side of vanilla ice cream. Oh…my…gosh. This was phenomenal! Jessica was attentive without being overbearing, our water was kept full (always appreciated), dishes were cleared quickly, the noise level was good, the holiday decorations were beautiful, and we even got to meet the GM. What a great experience!More infoCarmine's - Las VegasPrice: Moderate• Italian• Forum Shops at Caesars•4.7

The menu has a nice variety which makes a food selection difficult - pasta dishes are delicious, fish and shrimp wonderful. Start with the burrata salad or a pizza - then branzino fish or gamberoi (shrimp) - and the must is affogato al caffe (desert). The specials are interesting and worth a try. The staff is always helpful and a lot of fun but very professional. We highly recommend Canaletto.More infoCanalettoPrice: Expensive• Italian• The Venetian and Palazzo•4.6
