Best Family Style Restaurants in Newport

This restaurant is a great GEM! The reception upon arrival, the surrounding and the calm decor, great service staff, and the food is just excellent! This is not your typical Indian restaurant, the choice of Indian dishes is limited, however, what is available, the taste, the presentation of the food far exceeds the ‘typical’ Indian restaurant. Also the surrounding at Ritz Carleton is world class. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food is superb as is the warmth of welcome and knowledge of the staff. The ambience is warm and friendly. Patio is wonderful even in winter and the wine list is heavenly.

I took my sister to dinner for her 50th birthday. She loved it. Food was amazing, drinks (lemon drops) were awesome and the service was great. It was really special when the menus read “Happy 50th Birthday” on the top and she got to keep it. Thanks for helping me celebrate her!

Passed by this place hundreds of times but finally tried and can understand why its the favorite local restaurant of good friends of ours. Menu offered a wide variety of interesting choices, food was great, and service was outstanding.
