Best Family Style Restaurants in Manhattan Beach

The owner really cares and puts his heart and soul into his restaurant. We Love how Salt & Pearl is evolving! The service, craft cocktails, wine, and food were top notch! We are excited to try all of their new nightly dinner specials! The BBQ oysters (especially the New Orleans style) and Lobster rolls have always been favorites. Now, there are more delicious steak options. The flavors taste better than ever! The beet salad with Medjook dates and pistachios has been updated and was extra yummy! Great textures! For Sunday Supper, we enjoyed the New York steak and Grilled Prawns special. I especially loved the Cajun butter sauce. We shared a side of brussels sprouts with Gochujang and bacon. So…Good! Anthony was a star! He took excellent care of us! The service was exceptional! His recommendations were spot on! We look forward to returning and trying the Tomahawk!

They wrote a special card for our silver anniversary signed by many people which was a very nice touch …. Our waiter was very friendly

North Italia is one of our favorite spots for a casual Italian dinner. Their seasonal drinks were really good. We had the A Bar Drink and Watermelon Sugar and both were strong but enjoyable. I love the chicken parm. Their Cesar salad was really good as well.

Perfect dinner from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile from every member of the staff. Service was excellent and attentive. We had lamb, filet, NY Strip and the Pork Chop all cooked to perfection! Apps and desserts were also amazing. We will be back!
