It was the desire to share our Sicilian heritage and Sicilian cuisine that prompted the family to buy an older neighborhood diner and create a new, warm, comfortable family ristoranté in Little Italy, “Café Gia Ristoranté.” We have strived very hard to recreate a Sicilian bistro, a place where one feels like they are in Sicily while dining.     Every time I visit Baltimore, I come and have dinner at Sabatino's. They do Italian food right. I lived in Maryland for twenty years and was a repeat customer for that time frame. I met up with a friend who I'd not seen in many years, and we went to Sabatino's for dinner. I'm glad to see that the quality of food and service has remained excellent when so many other places either closed or reduced the quality of the servings. We started out with a shared app of Calamari which was excellent. We also shared a Caprese Salad that was fresh and a perfect palate cleanser for our main meals. I ordered the Veal Parm and my friend ordered the Alfredo pasta with chicken. Both entrees came out piping hot and fresh. Sabatino's makes the best Veal Parm, hands down. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations. Sabatino's is East Coast Italian food done the right way. We skipped on dessert, but I recall they have a great selection of quality item.

    A wonderful meal with excellent service, in a quiet and relaxing setting. The entire menu is reasonably priced, and every dish I’ve eaten there has been exceptional. Looking forward to my next meal at Daniela. : )
