Better than expected. Octopus was cooked beautifully and the truffle flan was exceptional. Prices are what you can expect at a resort in the Coachella Valley. Desserts were the only let down.

Natalia’s ability to create a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining impeccable service standards is remarkable. She interacted with each table personally, effortlessly balancing attentiveness and respect for your dining experience. The entire staff mirrored her energy, making the experience all the more seamless and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a perfect blend of world-class cuisine and exceptional service, but Nobu Indian Wells, with Natalia leading the charge, has truly mastered it. It’s always a delight at the Kings Highway. Staff is always really cool. The Amigo room is under construction, so we hope that 70’s retro feel doesn’t change. Also nice to sit and have a beer or cocktail by the pool
