Love our dinning experience in Melange! We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Service and food were exceptional! We ordered from the happy hour menu as appetizers, then two dinner items from the dinner menu: Rib eye and pumpkin ravioli. All the dishes were so good! We also had the old fashioned Whisky, and the smoked one too! You also get three-hour free valet parking when dining there.

Brought my mother in law who was in for out of town, perfect dinner spot after a day at Huntington gardens. Food was delicious, service was great!

Scarllete Sky is the most amazing server! Very friendly and personable. She helped us with our picks from the menu and she was super sweet. She constantly came over to check on us to make sure we were ok. Kept our drinks refilled. She’s wonderful. Thank you!

My partner and I ate there for an early, low key New Year's Eve dinner. We order a lot of food but that enabled us to try more variety, and then we had enough for another dinner at home the next night. We started with Crab Soup with Fish Maw. Delicious, and generous amount of crab. It was hard to stop with one bowl but we had to leave room for the other dishes. The Sea Scallops with Asparagus was also excellent. We ate all the scallops and took home some of the asparagus. Then came half a Roasted Duck which was a lot of skin and fat. It was better as leftovers when we could cook a lot of the fat down. We also ordered a side of Pea Leaves in Special Sauce. They tasted like peas but much more delicate, which we enjoyed. If we weren't passing through we would already have plans to return.
