We take great care in sourcing our produce direct from the best suppliers both locally and abroad. Our menu is a mix of classic crowd pleasers and regularly changing seasonal dishes, which means you'll always find something to tempt your taste buds (even if you're in every day!).We are a pub, not a cocktail bar and while we make a blinding Bloody Mary, and will happily mix you an Aperol Spritz or Negroni, we don't do Pina Coladas. Fatto a Mano Pizzeria serves authentic Neapolitan pizza & independent craft beers alongside sides and desserts. Our dough is made fresh daily and proved slowly, meaning we're able to use minimal quantities of yeast and our pizzas are light. Our commitment is to quality, and we use carefully selected Italian and local British ingredients from a handful of small, independent suppliers to top our pizzas.Beers on tap include our own Fatto Bionda Helles Lager and Joosy Hazy Pale from Brighton’s UnBarred, and The Kernel’s Table Beer. Great spacious venue with good indoor & outdoor spaces. Nice and air conned on a hot day. Music was great, food was great. Problem with the toilets which was a pain but they resolved it pretty quickly

Lovely outdoor place and incredible tasty pizza. They also offer vegan pizza option which is the main reason I chose this place. Sourdough style base. There’s also a very nice taproom pub next door if you want to try different unique drinks before eating. Love this place!
