Si bien ofrecemos un ambiente informal y relajante, nos tomamos la comida, la bebida y el servicio muy en serio. Ofrecemos cervezas cuidadosamente seleccionadas y elaboradas (Harveys Sussex y dos más que se alternan), vinos (18 referencias disponibles por copas), cervezas lager auténticas, licores y refrescos. Nuestros platillos se preparan al instante y nuestra carta cambia cada día y según la temporada. Nuestro objetivo es que nuestra comida sea placentera, sincera y de temporada, además de asequible. Nuestro primer año tuvimos el placer de recibir un 'Bib Gourmand' de Michelin por 'Good food at affordable prices'.
