We were looking for an alternative to normal Sunday menu and we came across the white swan, I’m normally suspicious of such an extensive menu, but I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my generous smoked duck dish with accompanying rice and crackers. My mum really enjoyed her salmon dish. No room for puds. The roasts that we could see being served looked very good.

Lovely evening once again - great atmosphere and spot on food

This boutique hotel was a great find and we will definitely be going back. The rooms are really beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The menu was lovely and the food delicious, the portions are generous and I struggled to eat two courses! Breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. Really good service and atmosphere. The courtyard was a lovely surprise as from the front you do not realise how big it is.

As always it was the best 1867.It is always so efficient, clean and welcoming there.The food and service was amazing and the staff are always so helpful and friendly.
