The chicken liver pate was delicious but I was disappointed to be served two slices of what looked like pre cut lamb, it definitely didnt looks like it had been cut fresh from the bone. My husband had the chicken was a generous portion and he really enjoyed it. I had the Eton Mess for dessert which was again OK but was 80% cream with a bit of fruit and a ready made meringue nest.
